The first N.A.D.A. Academy seminar, organized by the National Automobile Dealers Association, took place June 5-9, 2017 in Miami, U.S.A. The event was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami and consisted of four days of intensive training, followed by one day with a special activity. Participants were provided with simultaneous translation to make the most of the sessions. The seminar addressed key topics for the automotive industry, including inventory (stock) management, customer service and satisfaction, customer retention, digital marketing, e-commerce, the future of dealerships and included a visit to a dealership. Participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in areas crucial to success in the automotive industry. Strategies and tools were provided to improve inventory management, optimize customer service, implement customer retention strategies, leverage the potential of digital marketing and e-commerce, and explore future dealership trends. The visit to a dealership provided a hands-on, realistic experience, allowing participants to get a closer look at the day-to-day operation and best practices in the industry. Overall, the first N.A.D.A. Academy seminar was an enriching opportunity for automotive professionals, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to meet current and future industry challenges, and fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences among participants.
