From May 20-22, 2019, the NADA International Congress, the Dealership of the Future , in conjunction with Google Digital Dealer Academy took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the elegant Sofitel Hotels & Resorts - La Reserva Cardales. This event brought together experts from the automotive and digital industry to explore the latest trends and best practices in the sector. On the first day of the congress, NADA addressed the topic " Dealership of the Future - From Now to 2025". Digital retailing was discussed and the question of how much of the car buying process can be done online was raised. Creating personalized experiences, customer car delivery, extended test drives and car returns were also explored. The following day delved into the future of dealerships beyond 2025, focusing on autonomous vehicles. How this would affect the parts, service and sales department was examined, as well as the impact on fleets. On the final day, the Google Digital Dealer Academy was held.
